The personal and other specified data collected by the Agency from its clients will be stored in a secure and protected database and will not be made available to third parties.

Payment Methods
Credit Card Payment (available through Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners)
Bank Transfer Payment
Please note that if payment is made by credit card, your booking is automatically confirmed, and you will receive a reservation confirmation on the website and via email.
If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, you will receive a reservation notification with the details of the reserved date, instructions for proceeding with the reservation, and payment details. Payment via bank transfer must be completed at least 34 days before the arrival date to allow us to receive the payment within three (3) business days. If payment is not received within this period, your reservation will be canceled. Bank transfers are not possible if there are fewer than 15 days remaining until your arrival date.
Payment with Foreign Credit Cards
The amount charged will be in dollars (USD). If your card holds funds in another currency, conversion to euros will be performed based on your card company’s exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there may be minor differences between the price listed on our website and the amount charged. The Agency ConciergeNest is not responsible for any differences in prices resulting from currency conversions.
Confirmation
When online payment is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.
Cancellation Terms
If you wish to cancel your payment, please contact us in writing at support@conciergenest.com, explaining the reasons for your cancellation.
